We use a Custard instead of Ice Cream here at the shack. Custard contains more butterfat and egg yolks to create a rich and creamy texture with a smoother consistency than regular ice cream. We have two amazing flavors Strawberry and Classic Vanilla! Served on Cake Cone, Waffle Cone or Cup.
